Information

Application:

Shake Secura Hard Sealer thoroughly before use. Then apply undiluted with the Wischwiesel or the Quick Step in an even thin film to the bulking or primed surface of the flooring in the longitudinal direction. If the care film is resistant to foot traffic, repeat the process in the transverse direction. Allow film to dry for at least 12 hours, or more suitably overnight, before using the covering.

Notes & Consumption:

Notes: When applying, avoid strong sunlight and drafts, turn off underfloor heating beforehand. In porous older linoleum coverings, which have been leached out by the use of strongly alkaline cleaning products, powdering of the coating may occur in individual cases. Prolonged exposure to stagnant road salt water may cause whitish discoloration on the polymer sealant. These discolorations are largely due to the formation of salt crusts and can usually be removed with Active Cleaner R 280.

Consumption: 25-30 g/sqm per application
