A mess in the warehouse can make it difficult for any company, regardless of its size. If you value cleanliness and occupational safety, you cannot do without strict rules, organisation and colour marking.

The colours on the floor are essentially the best way to mark:

What are the options for floor marking?

Common practice dictates having a monolithic floor with grey or black paint, with the zones marked with paint or tape. The latter is certainly the worst option, it does not last long and peels very soon after application, so it is only a temporary solution. Similar characteristics apply to paints. Their lifespan is longer, but after a few years they wear out and need to be maintained if they are to serve their purpose. All in all, they are even more expensive because the company has to pay for removal and reapplication.

In contrast to this are the coloured PVC tiles Terramondi. As soon as you click them like a puzzle, your job is over. The colour is permanent, the tiles last forever. And if you ever manage to damage one, you simply replace the one piece. Another big advantage is the short installation time - you don't have to stop production during replacement, as is the case with epoxy floors, which only take 12-18 hours to dry out.

You can mark everything with Terramondi

Terramondi Industry PVC tiles are designed for spaces such as warehouses, as they can withstand heavy loads from forklift trucks and other machinery. This is available in three non-slip versions and twelve colours. With this many colours you can create virtually anything, let your imagination run wild. You can match it to corporate colours, mark corridors and zones to improve safety at work, mark red areas with restricted access.

But what matters more than design in warehouses is practicality. For this reason, Terramondi's PVC tiles also include a range of floor transitions that are particularly useful for strip marking forklift trucks. In zones with a high volume of personnel traffic, anti-slip motifs seem to be the right choice. This also applies to parts of the warehouse where water is expected. Finally, this can also be marked by a different colour.

Marking zones is supposed to be practical and make life easier. Notice that.
